Led by Faye Hooper-Harvey, a seasoned functional health & wellness trainer and holistic practitioner with 28 years of experience, this space was born from a fierce commitment to help people reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their inner knowing. Whether you’re neurodivergent, menopausal, navigating the complexities of aging, or simply done with surface-level wellness trends - this is where transformation gets real.
